This one is a nice green smoothie and I hope you enjoy trying it out because I think this is the best one so far!

the guacamole and papaya
the kale

} 6 chunks of pineapple

} 1 c. baby kale

} 2 tbsp yogurt

} 1/2 avocado

} 2 tbsp dried papaya

} 1/4 tsp anise seeds

} 1/2 tsp chia seeds

Mint leaves from my mom's garden

} sprinkle of ginger

Before blending!

} splash of lemon juice

} mint leaves

I like to tear the stems off of spinach or kale, but they can be left on. And I used Dannon Vanilla yogurt, but I do not recommend it on a daily basis as it has 33g of sugar in it. Also because I love avocados I used a whole half of one, but if you prefer to do less, adjust it to your liking.

I would also not recommend using dried papaya, but it was all I had on hand. If you can, purchase a fresh papaya. The dry still tasted great with it though; I think it added a flavor that some of the other smoothies were lacking. Finally, I added some water for a smoother consistency.

And it tasted SO good! I surprised myself with some of these smoothies because I only have a list of ingredients that are specific the different types of smoothies. So the fact that they're turning out tasty as well is a super plus!

So far, I'd definitely recommend trying this one the most.
