Chillaxer (Bonus)

Here's a bonus smoothie! I didn't really want to add this one into my 5-Day series "officially," but I liked it enough to include it as a small bonus. However, there's no final, fancily-glassed photo like I did with the other ones. But I think it's a good smoothie all the same.


} 1/3 c. blueberries
} handful of cherries
} half of a banana (or a little less)
} 1 tbsp flax seed
} 1/3 c. cranberries
} 6 whole almonds
} 2 tbsp honey
} 1/4 of small mug of chamomile tea
} pinch of nutmeg

It was a bit runny because of the tea and I could taste the tea itself, but it wasn't awful. I listed a 1/4 c. of chamomile tea as opposed to a full small mug because in retrospect, it just tasted like a weak version of the tea but in smoothie form. It didn't have too much flavor, but I think that's a good thing for a calming, nighttime drink. Also, since it was runny, I put it in the freezer for a few hours to give it more of a smoothie taste. I liked it a lot better then.
