Back again with another incredible "sandwich"! I made a batch of these for Sunday morning breakfast and the family consensus was, "very good." I couldn't agree more.

I used some amazing strawberries from the Farmer's Market and served a small bowl of the extra berries with the leftover honeyed cream cheese spread. But the whole process if SUPER easy.

As a general tip, don't over-do the cream cheese. Spreading an 1/8th of an inch layer is enough, especially when next adding the strawberries. I'd actually recommend using "good" strawberries for this one, such as organic or from a Farmer's Market. I think it would make a big difference in the taste and you'd be supporting locally-grown food! After doing the above pictured, simply top with another piece of bread, and make some good ol' french toast.

The only thing I didn't do from the recipe was a cinnamon-sugar, bread crumb outer coating, but there was no need. It tasted amazing enough without it.

Honestly, try this!
