The Aftermath

Just a quick blurb here. I've been off of the ketones for a day now and it was actually a bit of a struggle to get through the day without them. I thought it would be okay, but right away in the morning I was hungry and I could feel that I was hungry. When I woke up, I didn't feel as awake as I had been, ready to take on the day. It took me a little over 15 minutes to get up and at 'em. With no time to eat breakfast, I ran out the door and made it to about 11:15ish until I knew I had to eat something. In the evening, I was less chipper and more tired.
I don't want to make it sound like life without ketones is some dull, monotonous cycle, but I didn't have the energy I had in the one day that I had throughout the entire week. I could feel its absence and it reminded me of how I felt on my less enjoyable work days last summer.

I was honestly really sad that I wasn't taking the ketones anymore. I'd encourage anybody and everybody to use this product because once you start feeling good, you won't want to stop. You will wonder, "how did I live life without these until now?"
This is practically the only "thing" I've tried that has (slowly but surely) shown me results along with all the amazing benefits it induces.
When you try this, you'll want to keep going. I can say with absolute certainty that you will want to try them because of all of the benefits that come with taking them. And once you finish the five-day challenge or just try them in general, it will make the decision to keep going a lot more difficult to say no to. You'll be feeling so good that you won't want to say no. At the end of the day, it's not even about the weight loss anymore. It's about feeling good in your body. Trust that they are worth the investment.
If you have any questions about exogenous ketones, please don't hesitate to ask!
