The End? (Day 5)

Can anyone say, "hello weight loss?" Because now I can! Last night, I could feel something happening to me and when I woke up this morning, I felt lighter. -1.1 lbs lighter! Trust me when I say, every 0.1 lost is worth the celebration. It means something is happening in my body for the better! I think taking the ketones before bedtime really helped in that area.
Something I found both annoying and kind of cool was that I've woken up before my alarm clock every day this week. And when I'm awake, I don't go back to sleep because I feel awake and ready to go. The point at which it became "annoying" to me is when I knew I could sleep in until 6:45, but I still ended up waking up at 6am. The response to waking up was automatic and I didn't feel groggy at all either. I made sure to drink something soon after waking though to avoid any dry lips, throat, or headaches.
All I drank for today was the other half of the Caffeinated packet and I noticed it may have worked better than when I took it the previous day. Taking the caffeinated ketones is affecting my hunger though. I don't think I felt the hunger as much when I was taking the caffeine free. Also, whenever I used to go until 12pm to begin my intermittent fasting, it was sometimes a struggle to make it because I would get "hangry" and then get headaches. Not so when I'm using exogenous ketones!
I may've mentioned this in a previous post, but I appreciate how easy it is for me to take the ketones to get me through the early morning and breakfast hours. I have no time (currently) to eat breakfast, so running out the door with ketones in hand is super helpful and convenient.
As this title says, who knows if this will be the end of my exogenous ketones journey. I have loved using this product and I would definitely like to use it again.
