Pizza Quesadilla

Pizza. Easy enough description to get me to try it.
So let's get right to it, shall we?

Ingredients
Flatbread or tortilla wrap
2 tbsp tomato/pizza sauce
1/8 tsp. dried basil
2 tbsp shredded cheese
Pepperoni
Depending on the size of your quesadilla, you put on as much pepperoni as you'd like. I used six pieces and additionally added more cheese on top of the pepperoni to help it stick better (and, because cheese). To make it easier to fry, I cut my flatbread in half and after it was cooked, I cut it into triangles.



I might do a little less sauce than I did when I was just eyeballing it, but I would still do more than two tablespoons. Adding a little bit more of some sort of flavoring would've made it better, but it still turned out pretty tasty. I finished it by adding a little ranch on the side to swipe the quesadillas through. Nice, quick and easy, after-school snack!
