This is where I share eight of my favorite moments, experiences, quotes or anything else from the previous month. (They're not really in any particular order.)

8. I added running to my daily exercise/workout routine. And I'm really enjoying it! Video to come hopefully soon!

7. When watching Criminal Minds, this quote really resonated with me. The character Dr. Spencer Reid says, "Mildred Lisette Norman wrote, 'Anything you cannot relinquish when it has outlived its usefulness possesses you, and in this materialistic age a great many of us are possessed by our possessions.' "

5. I'm participating in Discovering Christ sessions at a church and we had a retreat one Saturday that was powerful than I expected it to be in more ways than one. I felt myself drawing closer to God in the process and left with a renewed faith in Him.

4. Not particularly a favorite moment of the month, but I swam into the side of a pool and bumped my head. Everything turned out fine, but I did have a slight headache for a couple of days afterward and nice little forehead scratch.

3. I completed another 60 Hour Fast! This one was my best one yet and I am so proud of myself for completing it; It also helped heal my forehead up nicely. (Video to come, so keep your eyes on my YouTube Channel!)
