Roasted Chickpeas

A nice, healthy snack food that's relatively quick and is super easy to make? Yes please!

Ingredients

> 1 can garbanzo/chickpeas

> 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

> 1/2 tsp kosher/sea salt

> freshly ground black pepper

> 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

I accidentally mixed all the ingredients together as opposed to adding the red wine vinegar after the chickpeas were reasonably roasted. I put them in for ten minutes, took them out, flipped them around with a spatula, then put them in for another 10 minutes.

They didn't look as roasted as I wanted them to so I popped them back in for another 6 minutes.

That seemed to do it. Also, since I mixed the red wine vinegar in at the wrong time, I couldn't taste it as much when I took them out so I just mixed some into the batch after the fact along with some salt.

But honestly, snacking on this the rest of the afternoon when I felt hungry saved me from eating any junk food. This is a recipe I'd definitely try again.
