"This is about as easy as it gets. It has to be." So were my thoughts BEFORE I began this recipe. I was debating not posting this one, but then I thought, 'This could be educational.' So I went with it anyway.
Ingredients
> Mozzarella Sticks
> Egg Roll Wrappers
> 1 egg
> Oil for frying
Step 1: Wrap 'em!

Step 2: Brush on egg and water mix.
I don't think it affected the frying of them, but I actually forgot to do this step.
Step 3: Fry 'em!
Any kind of oil will do; I used Canola.
Attempt #1: Oil too hot, fry time took less than 10 seconds. Inside was not mushy or melted. Didn't taste bad though.

Attempt #2: I turned the heat down. It was still a little too quick, but the result was a bit better.

Attempt #3: I put the heat pretty much as low as it could go and that seemed to do it. Parts of the wrapper were a bit crispy/toasted, but the inside was perfectly stretchy and gooey simultaneously.

Attempt #4: The heat was too low. I ended up having to turn it up a bit again because they were frying so slowly that they were starting to expand and ooze out of the wrappers.

Result: I ended up making two that were "just right." But I learned the different levels of frying! I probably won't try these again; I feel like they were ruining cheese sticks for me. But it was fun to try anyway!
