As I was browsing through Pinterest, I found this pin titled "30 Day Self-Care Challenge" and, as per usual, I pinned it to read later. It wasn't until I was running through my boards much later that I came across it again and felt the urge to actually try it. As a part of a new mini series for this month, I will be taking on this challenge and sharing my experiences along the way.

Day 1: Watch a TedX Talk and be inspired.

Day 2: Drink at least 2L / 70oz. of water.

Day 3: Create a new morning routine.

Day 4: Clean up your social media feeds.

Day 5: Stretch all your muscles.

Day 6: Do something creative.

Day 7: Research an unfamiliar topic.

Day 8: Cook a healthy meal.

Day 9: Practice Meditation

Day 10: De-clutter a room or workspace

Day 11: Practice Yoga

Day 12: Define what gives you stress

Day 13: Watch a documentary

Day 14: Groom yourself

Day 15: Make a gratitude list

Day 16: Clean out your email inbox

Day 17: Be vegan/vegetarian for a day

Day 18: Create a new evening routine

Day 19: Try something new

Day 20: Go for a walk

Day 21: Write down who you need to forgive

Day 22: Get rid of 3 things you don’t use

Day 23: Have a long shower or bubble bath

Day 24: Write a love letter to yourself

Day 25: Have a social media free day

Day 26: Drink at least 5 cups of green tea

Day 27: Say positive affirmations

Day 28: Do one thing you’ve been putting off

Day 29: Try a new physical exercise

Day 30: Define some short-term goals

Each day is designed to improve either the mind, the body, or soul in some small way and I am honestly looking forward to it. I will probably be making some slight adjustments or changes to a few of them because, in all honesty, my email inbox has literally 1-3 emails in it at any given time.

Just a heads up, I've already finished the first week, but if you'd like to do this along with me or end up trying any of these, email me and let me know! I'd love to hear what you're getting out of this challenge too!
