If you don't like veggies, just ask yourself if you can tolerate them after dipping them in ranch. If you answered yes, then this is the pizza for you!

I remember my Mom making this when I was a child and me being okay with it but thinking, "why broccoli?" Honestly though, once you start eating it, you forget all about the veggies. It's a really smart and fun way to get your kids to eat veggies too, if they have that struggle.

Ingredients

> 2-3 packages crescent rolls

> 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

> 1 cup sour cream

> 1 envelope ranch salad dressing

> 3 tbsp mayonnaise

> 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

> 3 cups finely chopped mixed vegetables

Its up to you if you'd like to use more than two crescent rolls. I don't know if the pan was too big, but I didn't have quite enough dough to cover the whole pan.

I just used a variety of vegetables for my pizza. I tried to make sure I had every color of the rainbow.

just veggies
added cheese

After I threw on the veggies and cheese, I popped it back into the stove to try melting the cheese a little before putting it into the refrigerator.

I would definitely recommend making this pizza. It's super easy and tastes amazing.

HERE is the original recipe!
