Apple Broccoli Salad

Here's another recipe I get once a year at Christmas time. Whenever my family makes a trip to Pennsylvania, you can bet my Aunt will make broccoli salad as part of the ensemble. This one is just a slight variation to the one she makes.
Ingredients

The Dressing
> 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I only used 1/2 cup because that was all I had available.)
> 1/3 cup mayonnaise
> 1 1/2 tbsp ACV
> 3 tbsp honey
> 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

The Salad
> 4 cups broccoli florets (I did about 5, equal to two small heads of broccoli)
> 1 cup chopped walnuts
> 1 cup roughly chopped matchstick carrots
> 1/2 cup golden raisins (or dried cranberries)
> 1/4 cup chopped red onion
> 2 small diced gala apples (I chopped the apples last because they get brown quickly)
The amount for each of these ingredients makes enough for a large party so if you want to make some for your family, downsize on the measurements.

But my family enjoyed having a different version of the broccoli salad we usually eat and it was quite yummy all the same! Just works your jaw when chewing.
