I Went Plant-Based for a Week + Early Access Video

As much as I and "most" of the United States loves to eat meat, I decided to try going plant-based for about a week to see how it really is. Are leaves the main ingredient in every meal? No, of course not (thankfully). Was I glad I did this challenge? You bet! I used a program I found online at DailyOM. Check out their website HERE for more of their programs. With an email a day, they really try to help you transform your diet, workout schedule, and more. Would recommend!
