As always in no particular order,

my 8 favorite moments of the month right here!

8. I ASM'd a show called "Remembering Tomorrow: The Lives of Edgar Cayce" and it was also my first time working with a Stage Manager whom I had known years and years ago when I was early in my acting career. She was willing to share what she knew and I learned so much from her.

7. I flew to Chicago to be my cousin's confirmation sponsor! It's a miracle this happened before everything got shut down, but I'm so glad it did. It was nice to see my family from my Dad's side after many, many years. Memorable moments include my (almost) nightly visits to Fox's Pub with my Aunt and getting an Original Rainbow Cone the last night I was there.

6. I was a part of a couple of script read-thru's for a new show called "Jane Austen Book Club." Sadly the show just suspended rehearsals due to the Governor's order to stay at home, but I enjoyed the short time I had as we began working on the show. It was definitely a different type of role I was playing and I would have been eager to see where it went.

5. I attended a small party at my neighbor's house where I played games and just had a good time hanging out with some new people. (Shocking, since I dislike board games and such. Many of my friends and family know this though. Hah!) The same deal with a small Saint Patrick's Day party at another friend's house. We had a lot of fun just partaking in fellowship.

4. I went on a weekend retreat to the Outer Banks with a small group of people from the nonprofit I'm a part of called Moving Forward Reaching Back. These people are some of the most selfless, giving people I know and I am so proud to be a part of the great things they do for the Hampton Roads community.

3. I had tea with my friend Teddy! He is such a wise, gentle soul and I really appreciated his company and guidance in some matters.

2. My family had the most amazing karaoke sesh/dance party/game night and I cannot wait for the next one! We also had a charcuterie board another evening! I love being able to connect with my family and friends now more than I ever before have.

The sun setting at Mount Trashmore

1. I had a phone interview for a tech position at a summer camp in Boston in July! It went SO well and even if I don't get the job, I never would have thought a phone interview would be the highlight of my day.
