June '20 Favs

As always in no particular order,

my 8 favorite moments of the month right here!

8. Had a Zoom call painting party with folks from the Tennessee camp my younger sister Sarita and I worked at briefly; It was nice to see those peeps.

7. My first dinner being not quarantined in my room since returning from Tennessee was one of the happiest meals I've ever had with my family; We laughed SO much.

6. Attended Mass on June 7th for the first time since the virus shut everything down in March! So happy!

5. My family celebrated my older sister, Gloria's, 27th Birthday and graduation from the Aviation Institute of Mechanics (or A.I.M.)! I made a slideshow for her and we had a grand old time.

4. My neighbor, Danny, and I took a day to road trip up to Nags Head, North Carolina! Be on the lookout for a video coming this July!

3. My younger sister and I went to eat breakfast at the Broken Egg Bistro while our kitchen was being torn apart and put back together...we were just getting new cabinets. (haha!)

2. I completed a BIG painting project that I'd been planning to do for ages and worked on for quite a while; See the time-lapse below!

1. I went social media free for the whole month of June! Apparently I missed "a lot," but I'm glad I managed to do it. A video of my experience with this challenge is in the works!
