As always in no particular order,

my 8 favorite moments of the month right here!

8. Going off of the end of last month, I edited a short film for the 48 Hour Film Project with a group called Space Mustang Productions. They do their project for a woman with special needs who goes by Hollywood so that she can be an actress and see herself on the big screen. She wasn't able to be a part of it this year due to COVID, but her name is referenced in the film.

48HR has showings of the entries on Vimeo HERE, but the "Best Of"Screening will be on September 6th HERE! Awards will be given and I'm excited to see the top ten films!

7. I ran lights AND sound for a summer camp production of High School Musical Jr. and it was my first time ever doing light design! The lights were probably my favorite part and they turned out so well.

6. I finished listening to "Lone Survivor" on Hoopla then watched the movie the next day. The film wasn't bad, but I stick with the slogan, "the book was better." I've been listening to and reading a myriad of new books also! My favorite was "The Go-Giver" by Bob Burg & John David Mann.

5. I checked 'shooting a gun' off the bucket list! Click HERE to see pictures.

4. Got my Mom into the Marvel superhero Thor. We watched "Thor (2011)," then "The Avengers," and finally "Thor Ragnarok."

3. I posted a video called "Eating Like Alexandra Daddario for a Week"! And most of the editing took place the night before and the day of posting. (Procrastination at it's finest.) But it turned out well! I just started experimenting with the Final Cut Pro X editing program and it's really upping the game on my video quality. So neat!

2. I spent a very relaxing Sunday with some friends from the "High School Musical Jr." crew.

1. I started working on some e-commerce projects with some really successful business people and I am so excited as to what this opportunity will bring.
