Metabolism Booster (Day 2)

Here's the Day 2 smoothie! Let me know if you try it out!

the final mix
avocado and blueberries

} 1/2 c. blueberries

} 6 almonds

} 1/2 tsp chia seeds

} 1/2 tsp ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)

} 1/2 avocado

} sprinkling of cayenne pepper

the guac with cayenne pepper sprinkled on it

Optional

} 1/2 scoop protein powder

} stevia to taste

} ice

} splash of almond milk

The finished product!

I added some water to this one to help make it a bit smoother and I normally wouldn't add any stevia and almond milk, but the ACV made it taste sour. Ice I added just to make it cold, but if you do add ice, be careful when blending it. And while I said protein powder, but I used whey powder and although I rarely use it, it gave the smoothie a nice consistency.
