Breakfast on the Go (Day 1)

I wanted to try doing another week-long "series" if you will, similar to what I did with the Ketones Experience. If you haven't read that yet, check it out HERE.) So why not try smoothies? Without any more introduction, let's hop right to it.


} 1/3 c. grapefruit
} 1/3 banana
} 1/3 c. orange
} 1/3 c. blueberries
} 1/3 c. strawberries
} 1/3 c. apple
} 1/3 c. baby spinach
} 1/3 c. Quaker oats
} 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
} 2 tbsp honey
I chill each of my smoothies before drinking them. The oats definitely make you feel like you're drinking a breakfast cereal and overall the taste was good!
