Don't Be a Weakling (Day 2)

The morning started out great! I woke up, full of energy, I didn't feel tired after having gotten nearly 10 hours of sleep and I was ready to take on the day. I knew this morning that I could make it to the goal time; I could feel it. I made it through most of the day just fine, but after 12, I started lagging a bit. I took a second pack of ketones, raspberry lemonade, which tasted so much better than when I'd tried them the first time actually! They also helped quite a bit. I drank a lot of water with electrolytes and attempted to have some healthy salt water to help curb the slight pang of I don't know what in my stomach. It wasn't hunger though.

Also, (hopefully not TMI) I was in the bathroom a lot more as everything was running through my system quickly. There were times today when I was active, but I felt physically drained, as if I couldn't raise my arms up without them flopping to my side. It was pretty much all good though! The day went pretty well and I think I'm going to ease back into eating again tomorrow morning at eight o'clock as best as I can. I usually eat my first meal at lunch I'm so eager to reach this goal and I really believe I can make it this time! My biggest note would be, make sure to stay hydrated and active, especially towards the end of the fast. If you let the ball drop, it's a whole other ball game to keep yourself running at peak capacity.
